Integrating chicks with older pullets - I'm stuck!

Ah... I guess I'll just have to resist the temptation to rush at my hens every single time they bully my chicks and just let them work it out... How long do you think it will take?

No way of knowing, really...that's sort of individual to the flock, the situation of coops and runs, etc. I never have too much of such things because my flocks are always out on range, so I can introduce most any bird of any age without too much changes unless it's a rooster...then my rooster handles it all.

I'm wondering if it's about time that I "opened the gateway" between the two age groups. Food and water stations shouldn't be too big of a problem.
