Integrating in ckicks

Hi, so I currently have one adult hen and one adult roo and 3 chicks, somewhere around a little over a month or so old. The adults and chicks have interacted and seen each other through a chicken wire fence, but I'm not sure how or when to integrate the chicks in with the other two. I'm also a bit worried about my hen being ganged-up on by the 3 chicks once I do introduce them. It is my first time having to do this and I'm clueless. How to do I go about this whole process?

I wouldn’t permanently put them together,but maybe let them interact without the wire for a few hours,but keep a close eye.On top of that,Maybe wait till their about three months to put them in the cage for good.
