My chickens are 3 months old, and we have ended up with only 1 pullet and 3 cockerels. We plan on getting rid of 2 of them and getting 2 or 3 more pullets from the same guy we got these from. Should we try to get some the same age as these or get some that are already laying? Then how do I go about integrating them? The roos are not crowing yet or being too mean to each other, but I assume I need to get rid of them before adding the new ones.

The same age would work best, but adding new POLs would work nearly as well as they should be the new birds in the coop. Your choice. If you can partition the coop for a week or two till they get to know each other through the wire would be best. You can leave the cockerels in the mix, as they have already fit into the flocks order growing up. Since you are getting no new cockerels they won't fight any more then they do now. But some time in the future you may find you really do need to reduce the number of roosters.
