Integrating New Birds

[AQHA-NRHA1998]

I'm thinking about adding a couple of older silkies to my teenage silkie pair (male/female). Are there any good tips on integrating older birds with younger birds? I know you have to keep them separated for a while but I didn't know if there was anything else I needed to know! Thanks for any tips and information!
