Integrating new chicks

PTL, all going well! Minor skirmishes which are teaching moments. Adults are now bored with them.

Where the chicks are on the right end of the cage is about 45' from the coop. Now look at the small wooded area behind the wood chips. Well they went into the woods about another 15-20' exploring. I guess they are a little confident/adventurous. It was ready to rain and I tried calling to no avail, ah freedom. As it thundered and the other adults ran to me for treats (which I did on purpose), they returned closer and within 15 minutes were within 20' of the coop. I thought they would be a bit timid to travel so far from the security of the coop...but noooo.
