Integrating two batches of chicks into flock

I'm curious as to people's opinions on integrating to different batches of chicks we have (they're about 4 weeks apart) into our existing flock. Our two BA pullets are 7 weeks old and getting almost large enough to make the transition. Should I hold off of integrating them until our Cochins (3 weeks) are old enough, and have all the new girls introduced at once? The existing flock are 9 month old EEs, three pullets and a roo.

7 weeks is probably okay, they might get chased keep eye on flock, if it is not crowded the younger ones will just run if needed. 3 weeks is too young.

Oh yeah, I'm not planning on tossing 3 week old Cochins out in the yard. I'm just curious if people have a thought on going through two rounds of flock integration or just waiting until all the checks are old enough.
