Integration advice needed

I have 3 two year old hens and 4 eight week old chicks that have been sharing a coop divided in half by chicken wire so they can see each other but not touch. They've been checking each other out for two weeks and the little ones want to be outside so bad! When can I let the chicks into the run and have a shared coop?

I'd go for it. As long as you have adequate space, and maybe some hiding places for the littles, things should be fine. Since the littles outnumber the bigs, there's much less chance of the bigs pinning a little in a corner or being really mean to her.
