Integration challenge and incessant drake.

I have 4 adult hens and 1 drake. I’m trying to introduce my 2 babies, now fully grown 12 weeks old, to my flock. They have been sharing the enclosure, in see, no touch for 6 weeks now. I keep trying to let them mingle for a couple of hours here and there but my drake is terrorizing the poor things. I’ve put the drake in the no touch area and the gals are ok with the new additions. Do I just need to let him get it out of his system? I’m worried about the new gals getting hurt with his constant chasing and mating them. I’ve introduced new ducks in years past and haven’t been challenged like this before.

I would keep him separated from the flock until they are more mature.

My Drakes are staying in Drake jail until the end of September because of over mating my Hens. I don't like the chasing and upsetting them all hours of the night and hearing the hens yelling at them at 2 am. The pen sits up against my house and I am sure my close neighbors were much happier when they went to jail, LOL.
