Integration

I have chicks that hatched 4/22, so they are almost 6 weeks old. I just acquired 2 two week old chicks. Should I keep the older girls indoors a little longer and integrate these two groups together before integrating with my older hens outside?

Yes, I don't begin integration until about 12 weeks old. It is a big size thing as to ensure the safety of the new chicks.

Ok, thanks. Would it be best to integrate the Littles all together in a few weeks first?

Maybe depending on the size difference. You can start now if your brooder is big enough to have them in the same brooder but separated with wire so they can see each other but not touch.
