Please excuse this newbie question, this might be silly!

Interbreeding:
We have 5 hens and 1 rooster. One of those hens is the mama hen for all the chickens. So is it recommended to breed my chickens in this setup? My goal is to reach up to 15-20 hens and have them as layers. Would this interbreeding negatively affect my flock? Less eggs, less healthy chickens etc?

Letting chicks out of the run with the mama hen :
What are your thoughts of letting chicks out of the brooder into the run? Then occasionally to free range? With the mama hen and with our supervision. For 2-3 hrs per day?

Inbreeding isn't going to affect your chickens negatively until reach passed generation 5 then you'll have to introduce new blood into your flock to widen, & refresh the genepool.
