Back in June I posted about my one Barred Rock hen that started molting in June and everyone else had molted in December. I also stated that the other Barred Rock stopped laying also. I asked if anyone had heard of this and didn't receive a single response.
Well the first Barred Rock has finished molting and is laying again and the other Barred Rock that had stopped laying the entire time the other molted is now also laying. So I suspect just as women can sometimes follow the same pattern, so goes it with close bonded chickens.
