Interesting Monsterquest Tonight

thndrdancr, yep, I have read that site. Jans tales raised the hair on my neck for certain!!
There is another interesting blog called Chris Holly's Paranormal World that has some stories on there that were a bit freaky too.

I didnt see the Monsterquest where they were mixing up Manwolf and Bigfoot sightings, hopefully they dont do that THIS time.
Its a completely different phenomena.

Well, they proved the Gable film a hoax. I kind of thought it was but because it was so blurry I couldnt say for sure.
Also, last night was the last Monsterquest. It happens.

My favorite part of last nights show was Adam Davis talking about one of his encounters with a couple of these whatever they ares.
I have never personally seen a Manwolf but once when my oldest daughter and her boyfriend were out late one night walking she came home in a panic saying there was a "wolf thing" watching them. She said it was crouched down, just staring.

I have to admit that I was fascinated with how the Gable film was created. The hoaxer was very good. I thought perhaps someone had taken film of a ape and spliced them into the film but I never guessed that it was human in a suit. Wow.

The second part of the film clued me into it being a hoax. I really don't believe that local police could keep something like a horrible attack hidden. Why would they? I found myself asking where the family of these people were. If it was my family that had been ripped apart, I would have immediately contacted the radio station. That is what made me think the entire film was hoax. But it was a very good fake.

I meant in Michigan not Wisconsin. Werewolves are unlikely to exists but the stories that are coming out about them are very frightening.

I think people use "werewolf" as a term for these things even though they arent what is classically a werewolf?
Though, that said, I dont know WHAT they are!

I lived three years in Wisconsin. There are some really weird people living there. Ed Gein and Jeffery Dahmer, Johnny Whoopenfarten et al. No offense meant to the folks in Wisconsin. I had a real good time there. Never saw a werewolf or a cannibal that I knew of, but you either polka or they dance over you.

I just conjured up the strange image of a werewolf and a cannibal doing a polka together. It is time to go to bed because my mind is getting silly.

LOL, now THATS the stuff of nightmares!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped watching after the episode on Big Foot in Georgia or Arkansas or something like that. Guy from England or where ever was interviewing this lady who swears that she's friends with them, that there are several families, and one comes to her house on occassion to borrow a cup of sugar. COME ON!!! Supposedly she pulled a few hairs out of one of them and but the test results haven't come back on it yet. That was about a year back.

Even funnier than that one was the Paranormal State episode when they are down looking for the Jersey Devil. First off, everybody from Jersey knows the Devil doesn't run around by the coast. Pine barrens, solid ground, river, yes, swamps, yes, big water, NO. Then they use this new fancy camera to go looking for the Devil at night. Oh my they find him on the first try!!! Even though some folks who live in the area have never seen him. And they get it on video too!! IT'S A DANG DEER!!! city folk don't know what a deer looks like! Think cow with lots of horns!!
