I hate asparagus, but I like spinach.

Just because someone doesn't like asparagus (the worst vegetable out there, in my opinion), doesn't mean they don't like vegetables. Many of you seem to be confused by that. I like almost every vegetable. Asparagus is not one of them.

Spinach is great in smoothies, salads, sandwiches, wraps, omelets. etc. I used to eat it plain and just dress it with vinegar. I love vinegar.
