internal pip 24 hours ago no external??

I am hatching welsh harlequin ducks and one of them has had an internal pip for over 24 hours now with no external pip. It is moving around and quite a bit of it is in the aircell. Is it time to open an air hole or should I just wait and let it keep working on it?
