So my ducklings have all pippped internally on Friday, and then externally pipped Saturday. None of them have started zipping, nor have any of them hatched yet. My question is, Should I be concerned? And how much longer should I give them?

Have they externally pipped yet? I see you say they internally did but I don't see mention of an external pip? If not, you need to do a safety hole ASAP.

Candle the egg to determine the position of the air cell. Once you know where the air cell is and where it's safe to make the hole, take your screw or drill bit and gently twist it back and forth on the egg while applying slight pressure. Eventually, the screw will create a small hole in the shell.

From there, see if you see signs of life, because three days without external pipping is a long time. They might not have made it. If they did, you might end up having to do a full assist. You can read this article for a guide on what to do.

Update*. So two have hatched since yesterday. One at 4:30pm yesterday afternoon and the other sometime during the night. I have opened up the air sacks of the 3 ducklings that didn't do an external pip yesterday as well. They look like they are still doing well. The forth looks like it'll hatch today, as it was busy zipping during the night.
The two that have already hatched are not drying out. Is it safe to put them in the brooder? If so, Do I put out food and water? Today is technically day 28 if you don't count the day they were put in the incubator.
Also, how long should I give the other 3 before assisting further? I know it's better to let them hatch on there own, so I don't want to intervene before I absolutely have too.

They really do take long. When people say it's a test of patience, they aren't kidding. Lol:he
