Internal pip?

It’s day 18 and my first time hatching. I candled before I locked down the incubator and one of the eggs had a round bit either through the membrane or pushing against it. Is this an internal pip or just his little booty pushing against the air cell?

You should be able to see the little beak through the air cell:)
