Internal pip?

It’s day 18 and my first time hatching. I candled before I locked down the incubator and one of the eggs had a round bit either through the membrane or pushing against it. Is this an internal pip or just his little booty pushing against the air cell?

Yeah, if they’re in lockdown I wouldn’t. I’m not exactly an expert, so I’d wait for someone who knows their stuff to come along
