intervene with hatching yes or no?

I have had one hatch, there are three others that should hatch, one has a large crack and a little peep hole, but nothing's changed for five hours. The only one that hatched, hatched about 9 hours ago. Should I try to open the shell? Or is it just dead.

It's your choice. Usually there's a reason for the chick not being able to hatch. Maybe give it some more time.
