That's the yolk sack. You have to hurry to help it. Get a cup, line it with toilet paper, get half of one of the hatched eggshells, and lower the chick's backside into it. So the yolk is in the shell. Then sit the chick/shell in the cup and put it back in the incubator. Good luck!
