Intro from Ann

We raised chickens when I was a kid, but this is the first time I am raising some as an adult.

We have 3 American Bresse and 7 Black Copper Marans They are about 4 weeks.

I am fascinated by their behavior. I would watch them as a kid and my Shepherd puppy likes to sit with me and watch them now.

I used to make crafts but don’t have a lot of free time.

We have two German Shepherds and one Husky. We have one kid out of the house and another at home with us while she finishes her doctorate. We bond over music, trivia and movie quotes.

I just found BYC after I searched about our youngest Shepherd who was sneaking into the garage to eat chicken food.

Congratulations on returning to the wonderful world of chickens! I'd love to hear more about your American Bresse; it's one of the breeds I was considering when a friend who worked at Murray McMurray was able to get chicks for me.
