Hi! I’m so happy to be a part of this group. I have followed threads and advice a lot since getting chickens. I’m a brand new chicken momma. Started with a hen and rooster Salmon Faverolles. They came to me in extremely rough shape. Malnourished, covered in lice, mites and parasite. The hen even has a prolapse vent. Quite an introduction into the chicken world. They are so healthy and happy now and almost unrecognizable and they will continue to get healthier and happier here 
Below is my Roos transformation so far. His name is Brewster 
Have 4 chicks in my brooder (did have 5 but lost one
) two azure blues and 2 black sex link they are so cute and fuzzy. Such a joy to care for these sweet bird. So happy to have my first little flock in the making.
I ordered a hen saddle for my girl as she’s the only hen right now and I noticed that she is missing feathers on her back poor thing. I hope she likes to wear it I’m excited to get it in the mail.
