Hello and welcome from St. Louis, Missouri!
I'm sorry you lost your first chickens. Predators are a constant battle. I've always loved aquariums too. I kept one in my office when I was a doctor and in our school room when I homeschooled. After a power outage killed our tropical fish, we got 2 Bearded Dragons and they lived for a surprising 11 years! We also had a lot of Guinea Pigs when the children lived at home. My favorite was a Texel Guinea Pig named " Cookie". I don't have chickens, but we have 46 ducks in a bunch of different breeds.

It does sound like you have a strong, safe coop and run, now. Good for you. I love the sound of your menagerie. Snakes are wonderful creatures. What sort of pigeons do you have? Are all your incubating eggs chicken eggs?
