Introduced Chicken Killed By Other Established Chicken - What Can I do?

I had a total of seven chickens that were bought and put into quarantine. The quarantine time was over and I added them to my run of eleven chickens. The run was not overcrowded. I put them in a dusk and all seemed well. This morning all seemed well. However, later on in the morning, a chicken had been killed.

They had plenty of food and water. The new chickens have now been separated.

Any thoughts?

I had a new girl take on my top hen, they went at it brutally, like two cockerels, even after seeing each other through a pen during the quarantine period.

I can see how your unfortunate circumstance could've come about.

The chicken was rather docile and flighty and never seemed to challenge any of the other chickens, which is why we were surprised.
