I have 7 banties and 1 brahama that were basically raised together, so they pretty much get along.. But i was wondering if it would go ok if i just introduced a single silkie pullet to the mix, or if my other chickens would hurt hur and also if it would be ok, how i would do it. Any tips help! Thanks! [IMG][IMG][IMG]

Its best to introduce new birds in at least pairs. If you were to, make sure the new bird(s) aren't sick by quarantining them for your birds' safety. Make a pen where your chickens can see the new one and keep it that way for about a month and then introduce them while free-ranging all of them. They'll all fight for about a week but then the new pecking order will be in place.
