I would build a small coop for the new flock once they grow up. It doesn't need to be anything special, just something that will keep them safe. Do this so they can "communicate" with each other so they can negotiate on a new flock leader and the position of the other birds. After that's all said and done, (I'd say maybe 6-8 weeks) you can try to move the new flock with your old flock. Keep an eye on them for bullying and fighting. If they are being mean, separate them (for another 6-8 weeks) and see what happens then. Other than that, I don't know any other tips.
