Introducing baby chicks to bigger chickens

I have three 4 week old chicks, when and how do I introduce them to their new coop makes who are 15ish weeks old (roo and hen).

I would wait until they are fully feathered with adult feathers.

I would wait until they are close to the same size to be together. You can raise them together but separately with fencing or deer netting to keep the little ones safe because they will be picked on. This will ease the transition down the road since they will have be around the others.

Awesome! I will be making a mini fenced area in the coop tomorrow. I want them to spend time together especially since it will be warm out and they can spend some time outside.
