"Introducing baby chicks to my hens"

We have 4 hens that are about 4 months old, all are pretty calm hens. Can we put baby chicks in the coop with them?
 
Nope, your sweet hens will very likely attack and try to kill them. Once the chicks are fully feathered out (dependent on your location and the weather, maybe 6-8 weeks, maybe longer) I would recommend setting up a segregated area in your coop for the smaller birds. This way your older hens can become used to the little ones being around, but can't attack them. You'll need to slowly start integrating them once the younger birds get closer to the same size as the older hens.
