Introducing broody hen to chicks

I have a broody hen who is sitting on infertile eggs. I would like to get some pullets and put them under her for her to raise.
What is the best way to go about this?

From what i have read, its better to wait until around the 21 days mark, before removing the eggs and slipping the chicks under her. Night time is best, and then make sure you are up and about at daybreak to see if momma hen has accepted the chicks. It maybe good to have a plan B for the chicks in case momma refuses the adopt them.

Thank you CTKen. I do plan to raise them myself if she doesn't accept them.
I really don't know how long it's been, but it's been a while. We have a goose that tends to be loud and steals attention from the hens, lol.
I will do the nighttime switcheroo when the time comes. Keeping fingers crossed!
