Hi everyone as you may recall my little one is finally so much better. After having her in the house since Christmas eve- and the 1 night attempt of putting her back in before she was stronger was abig mistake... now she is SO much better .

The only problem is that she is still in the sunroom, with warm temps, no one picking at her and she needs to go back outside now (also my husband is very allergic and it is killing him)-

*** ANY SUGGESTIONS ? How do I reintroduce her without them killing her (they are very aggressive) and how about the temps here as she is used to 68 not 45-25 ? I am now even more worried about her as I know they will be mean!

There isn't a way to keep her near them and sectioned off at all. I thought possibly when I let them out an hour to free range before bed put her out? I know they will pick at her.

My dental hygenist keeps chickens. She took her kids old wagon and put a dog kennel hard sided in it she then wheels it into the chicken runs and back in to garage for increasing lengths of time...the birds can get somewhat acquanted through the wire....I did this but just carried a smaller kennel into the coop and run with the attached bowl for food and water....then I opened the gate and left it open....the hens that have not been it are scared...little hen can run back in....new the smaller ones are 20-30 bucks at wallmart/target.
