I agree, put them together now.
Can you put your brooder in the coop or run? If so, I'd raise them outdoors, where the adult flock can see them, but not touch them. It will make flock integration so much easier.

Where are you brooding them? If you can brood them directly in the coop or predator-proof run I strongly advise that. I've brooded in my coop in a built-in brooder and opened up the chick doors when they were 4 weeks old.
This batch of pullets and cockerel integrated at 6 weeks. This image was captured when they were just over 7 weeks old. They're all piled in at the right side of the roost and on the perch in front of the nest boxes.
