Introducing chicks

I have a 2 1/2 week old bantam lavender Araucuna. I have just had to euthanse my other chick, so she is now on her own. I have an incubator full of eggs due to hatch in a couple of weeks, what are the chances that
i 'll be able to introduce this chick to the new ones successfully? i'd hate to have a lonely chick too long!

After an hour of LOUD cheeping She is now safely tucked up inside an old hat (surrogate hen/sibling) in the brooder. Poor love!
