How do I introduce a flock of new baby chicks to an existing flock of 9 hens and one rooster?

Keep the babies in a wire cage inside the bigger pen and let them see each other for awhile. Also, when you let them out of little cage, then have something that the little ones can run into for safety if needed that the bigger ones can't get into. Just watch a lot too.
