Introducing chicks

I have some adult chickens and 8 week old chicks that I want to introduce. My main concern is how to keep the adults from eating the starter feed and the chicks from eating the layer feed.

There is no way if they are all together. The adults will teach the chicks how to get the feed and even scrape it onto the floor for the chicks to get. The best bet is to put them all on either all flock or non medicated chick feed with a bowl of oyster shell on the side for the hens when they need it.
