Hi! I just got two female Khaki Campbell ducklings today and they are about a day old. I’m not going to introduce them to my seven week old ducklings just yet but I’m wondering when I should and how I should do it?

I build a temporary house with an attached small run and put it in my regular
Chicken/duck run for a week or two. I figured everyone could see each other and when I finally let them out with the others everybody was fine, no fighting or picking. Mine were about 8 weeks when I finally let them all together and the older ducks were about 1 yr old. Hope this helps.

I think I’ll try something like that when they are old enough to be outside with the others! Thanks!

I would wait until they are close to the same size to put them together. I would start by setting them up somewhere they can see and hear each other so they can get used to each other while the little ones grow.
Good idea! I think I’ll do what @Afroggie4u said. Thanks!

While you are brooding them inside on nice warm days take them out so the others can see them that way they can start getting use to each other.
Okay, I will do that. When they are older I’ll separate them with a fence for a few weeks to make sure they are all used to each other so no fights break out.
