I have 4 week old chicks that will hopefully be outside full time in the next couple of weeks, (weather permitting) then I was going to get a couple of ducks which I would introduce to the chickens when the ducks where 4 weekes old (the chickens will be 10 weeks)...does anyone see a problem with this? may be I should do the duckling introduction earlier?

I don't think it should be a problem. If it makes you feel safer, kinda let them 'visit' with the chickens before you put them in there. And see how the chickens act. They should act fine, but if they don't like the ducks they might start peckng at them so you might wanna get a seperate area for the ducks. Hope this helps!
