Rocky for short, LOL!

Sugar kidded today at 1:30 with a HUGE black and white buckling. She had a tough, tough labor...started early this morning. When she wasn't progressing, I finally went in and pulled him. She is tired, I kick myself because I think I waited a tish too long to go in after the kid...but she is recovering very well and is slurping down a warm beet pulp slurry like it's the best thing, EVER.

Rocky is doing great. Our first brown eyed kid this time around, but cute as a button!

Wow! He is huge for a doe that size, or so it appears in the pictures.

She is soooo fortunate that you know how to go in and pull a kid, so many people have no idea. Ya done good! And so did Sugar!

luckily for your car, Rocky was pre-sold, as was Chris. Giada, however...tee hee!

BeckyLA - yup...breeding miniatures has gotten me somewhat "old hat" at assisting, unfortunately. Rocky is a huge boy...Sugar overcooked him a bit.

Aneesa - still have two does to kid!

Thanks everyone!
