introducing into an area

my DH has been considering raising and releasing pheasants. Any suggestions for introducing them into the area we live in? there are already some here and there.

Most states will require a permit if you are planning to release.... some require one just to have them.. You should probably do some research with your local fish and game before you decide.. Good luck!!
