For almond milk I soak one cup of whole almonds in water overnight in the fridge. Then the next morning I drain and rinse, then blend them well with 2 cups fresh water. I pour the whole mixture in a tightly woven hemp cloth bag, and squeeze until all the liquid comes out. If I feel adventurous I might add some salt, maple syrup, cinnamon, or vanilla. But most of the time I just love it plain.![]()
Have you ever soaked them in coconut milk? I do that then cook rice in that, add a little honey and dollop of cream.... Mmmmm! Dessert!! And your ducks are fab!!!
