Introducing myself, bragging about my duckies, and what kind of ducks are these?

Thanks for the welcome and compliments!  :-D  I am looking forward to sharing more photos and videos.

For almond milk I soak one cup of whole almonds in water overnight in the fridge.  Then the next morning I drain and rinse, then blend them well with 2 cups fresh water.  I pour the whole mixture in a tightly woven hemp cloth bag, and squeeze until all the liquid comes out.  If I feel adventurous I might add some salt, maple syrup, cinnamon, or vanilla. But most of the time I just love it plain.  :)

Have you ever soaked them in coconut milk? I do that then cook rice in that, add a little honey and dollop of cream.... Mmmmm! Dessert!! And your ducks are fab!!!

The first batch of water is really good for you to drink!! We make ours a little bit thicker and get our maple syrup from Old State Farms, it is unfiltered & delish!! Tons of nutrients.. Sometimes we will drink the first batch of water, then soak another day..

I'd try that as a popsicle and add some fruit and yogurt.... Freeze... Devour!!!
