Marek's disease is a very troublesome disease, and I couldn't find any cure. No matter how many herbs I tried, they didn't work. I was new to poultry farming at the time. I acted recklessly, resulting in the death of fifty chickens.

Marek's disease is a very troublesome disease, and I couldn't find any cure. No matter how many herbs I tried, they didn't work. I was new to poultry farming at the time. I acted recklessly, resulting in the death of fifty chickens.

For well over a year, every chick, chicken, and even ducks here get CS/B (Chinese Skullcap w/ Baicalin). This is not a cure.

Numerous studies have shown that it can prevent Marek's disease and Avian Influenza, and treat those with Mareks by reducing tumor growth. We get it here, where you can read a bit more about it, and there are links to the research there too. I had joined a FB group where they published many studies as well if you're interested.

We just mix it in 50# of feed about once every 10 days. Our feed is an all-flock so everybody gets it.
