Thanks for asking! I am not sure yet about breeds. I really like Buff Orpingtons because they're so docile, but whatever lives here has to be able to stand the rain. Portland gets a lot of wet in the winter and my area of town also is prone to wind that moves through the Columbia Gorge.

Ah, so maybe some ducks, too? Fair warning, people here will talk you into things...

One had a reproductive issue of some sort and passed. I got Gerty some friends, though. So now I have one buff orpington duck, and two mysteries from a 4H breeder.
