Introducing new chickens to an existing flock

I just got three more chicks that are 5 weeks old. My two are 6 weeks. The three new ones are siblings but one was hand raised and went everywhere with her "mom". She tried putting the chick back with mama hen but the hen tried to kill her. So, this is my situation. 5 chicks, two raised by me and together since they were 3 days old, two that were with mama hen until tonight that are 5 weeks old, and one 5 weeks old, the sibling to the other two but has never been with them since she was born. How do I got all 5 of them used to each other? The chicken coop is almost finished and I know it will take some time to get them used to it. Any suggestions will be Mose helpful.
