Introducing New Chickens!?!?

I have four 6 week old Bantams, and I am going to get more, since I have enough space. I believe that out of the 4, I have a max of 2 hens, so if I get more, with that help even it out? Also, is there a good way to introduce the new chickens with the others so they don't fight? If I can I will get more Bantams, and I could probably get about 3. Or I could get just regular chickens and maybe get 2. Any help would be great! I just want to ensure the safety of my hens!

If you can get them at the same age it will be easier integrating them. The will always be some jousting for position in the pecking order. One way to reduce the fighting is a slow introduction. Letting them see and hear each other for a few days before they mix together.
