Introducing new chicks

I am down to one and a rooster. I have started free ranging only a couple of hours in the evening due to predators. I just got 8 new chicks and am wondering if there will be any problems when I add them to the run once they are big enough.

You won't know for sure until you add them. If you give them plenty of see but don't touch time before they get to interact, have a large run with plenty of clutter and multiple feed stations, your likelihood of a smooth transition should increase.
