introducing new chicks

I am a new chicken owner. I currently have 6 assorted bantams. I have 4 more egg layers ordered however they will be in at different times. Is there an introduction process I need to know with different aged chicks??

If they are under a few weeks old, they should be fine going together.

By the time I get my last two layers they will be about a month apart....

Just casually put them together and watch them.

I have a similar question, I hatched 2 of 8 bantam golden lace Cochins 2 days ago.
I was hoping for at least 50%. I was thinking over ordering 6 more eggs to try and hatch. If successful that would make my chicks 5 weeks apart in age, does anyone think this may be a problem when introducing them.
I would order some baby chicks but the minimums are more than I want.
