Introducing New Duck

We had a drake and a hen who were together since they were tiny. Our drake sadly passed away so we got a drake who is about half a year old. We have been trying to slowly introduce them but our hen isn’t having it. Things have gotten better (the first day she lunged and bit him) but we are at the point where she will continually chase/follow him around the yard (at a very casual pace). When will this end? How can I have them get along?

6 months? He's a juvenile. Shes probably going to be telling him off for awhile. They have to work things out on their own. Are they muscovy?

Yes both Muscovy. Do I let her follow him around like that? What is the best way to get them comfortable with each other?

Yep. Just let them be. He's not really an adult in her eyes. Eventually she will get used to him being around. It sounds like you've only had them for a short while. These things take time.
