Introducing new hens with 2 different coops

Should my big 5 girls move out of the coop to allow my little 8 girls to get acclimated?

I have a main coop and then my old first coop. Does it seem like a good idea to move the older hens to the older coop while the 6 week old pullets do some more growing in the main chicken coop? Or, should I move the little girls twice and keep things normal for my older hens? Eventually, they will all be in the main coop.

I would move the young twice if you are not ready to mix. Or if you are ready the smaller the younger birds the easier to build any area that the young can go in and out of but the older birds can't enter.

Do you have a pic of your set up? It will be much easier integrating them now(younger) in the same coop. Can you section off a space inside the coop, to keep the chicks separate for a week, then make small doors so only chicks can go in and out of there safe haven?
