Should my big 5 girls move out of the coop to allow my little 8 girls to get acclimated?

I have a main coop and then my old first coop. Does it seem like a good idea to move the older hens to the older coop while the 6 week old pullets do some more growing in the main chicken coop? Or, should I move the little girls twice and keep things normal for my older hens? Eventually, they will all be in the main coop.

Do you have a pic of your set up? It will be much easier integrating them now(younger) in the same coop. Can you section off a space inside the coop, to keep the chicks separate for a week, then make small doors so only chicks can go in and out of there safe haven? Below is a link for my article on how I integrate chicks and a link to a good thread also.
