Hello there and welcome to BYC!
Definitely follow the link that Michael left for you to read. I like to keep new birds in a cage or enclosure in the coop and run for 3 to 4 weeks. Everybody sees, nobody touches. After 3 or 4 weeks, I mix them together. There will still be squabbling but it shouldn't be too awful bad. Put out a couple extra food and water stations so the new birds don't have to compete. Many times the older flock will guard these areas and starve out the new birds. It can take months to really get new birds integrated into a flock, so give everybody time to adjust. Make sure you have enough room in the coop, run and enough nesting boxes.
Good luck and welcome to our flock!
