I have two 4 week olds and two 5 week olds that are together. This weekend I put them all in a smaller coop by themselves inside the run that my four 12 week olds are in. The older girls go up to the little coop and have pecked at them a couple of times thru the wire. But mostly they just go about their business. When should I be able to let the little ones out with the big girls and go into the same coop at night?
 
I think once the older girls stop trying to peek them through the bars, you can let them all together while you supervise to make sure there is no major pecking or fighting. You can put out a couple of feeders and waterers on different sides, so the older birds won't be able to chase them away.

The rule of thumb is to wait until the little ones are 3\4 the size of the big ones. Until they are closer to the same size, the big ones will think that the little ones are food.

You will likely have to wait a couple of months....You could try after the littles are about 8 weeks old though. Be very careful because you do not want them to kill the little ones. It is very sad when that happens
