I would not expect a rooster to take on a stoat willingly. And I would bet on the stoat. not saying a rooster couldn't win, but... Teaming up would very much depend on the roosters. I would say it is unlikely. It is a good thing it takes a crowbar to get into your coop. I don't think any member of the weasel family has mastered one yet.
