Aww they are not dumb birds, they are just a different kind of chicken. They are meat birds, and are too heavy to move around much. They still deserve the same kindness as any other chickens, it's not their fault they've been bred to be so heavy they can hardly get around. If they are uncomfortable, it may be kinder to butcher them as they are probably suffering and may die soon anyway.
